Easy transaction on requesting a storage unit on-line !! Great customer service at storage location . Communication on all issues explained in easy terms . Very friendly staff and a pleasure to deal with !! very glad to do business with !!
Jose and Simon were awesome and made me feel at ease today during a very stressful move. I wasn’t anticipating needed a storage space but I’m glad I chose this one because of the service I received. I even came towards the end of their shifts and they were more than willing to show me the ropes as this is my first storage rental ever. Would highly recommend so far!!
The facility is new. Very well kept. The young lady working there is very polite. Professional and knowledgeable about the locations units.
What they advertised is not what they offered when we got there and when we tried to get them to give us what we reserved for the price we were quoted they wouldn't. False advertising and very uncooperative people. Don't go there.
It was an easy to use site. An I'm sure I'll be using it again in the future.
Ashley was very helpful. Nice storage facility in convenient location.
Great experience signing up. Keyosha was efficient and very nice!
The representatives at Self Storage we're very courteous, kind, and efficient. I recommend this storage facility rather than Cube Smart and US Storage.
Beautiful storage building. Excellent customer service. And overall just splendid!
It was very easy to compare units seeing what each looked like.
Reserving online was very simple followed by a quick call from Lisa to schedule in person showing and setting up. Lisa did excellent job telling me all about how everything works and showing me around. I was left to confidently make decision in renting storage space. I left the place feeling great about using them for storage needs and feel safe having my stuff there. I strongly recommend Extra Space
The office was wonderful and accommodating they made me feel very welcome and were a great help
Answered all questions in a courteous manner and the process went quite quickly.
I have an awesome experience with Kiki and Roneisha! They were helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and were able to make me comfortable with the process.
The customer service was above and beyond. She deserved a raise.
Extra Space Storage Midlothian I have an awesome experience with Kiki and Roneisha! They were helpful and patient. They answered all my questions and were able to make me comfortable with the process.
I am extremely disappointed. I went online to Champion Storage webpage, selected a 5x8x8 climate control storage unit. I reserved this unit for 55.00 per month. When Champion Storage sent me an email regarding the unit, they switched the price to 69.00 per month. I have copies of the confirmed price per month. This is a poor way to start a business relationship. It will be extremely difficult to trust them going forward.
