Worst experience possible
Worst experience possible. Paid for a unit in Atlanta (Roswell Road at I-285) online. I went to the facility the gate code provided by text did not work. Fortunately another customer let me though the gate. the "secure" door into the building was broken and permanently open, the security cameras were open. I went to the unit and it was locked. I went down to the office and there was a sign on the door saying no one worked at the facility and if there was a problem to go in person to the Chamblee location which is about 7 miles away. I tried to get my money back and was refused. Said I had to get it at a manned facility. Went to 3 other Public Storage facilities, no one at any of them. I finally sent a letter to corporate office and threatened suit. Took several weeks to get my funds back. Run away. Do not even think of using them.

Hello Louis
We are sorry for your bad experience and are glad that you were able to finally get your deposit refunded. US Self Storage helps people like you reserve storage units on the facility of their choice, we are in no way affiliated with the daily operations of any of the facilities.
Again sorry for your inconvenience and happy that the problem was resolved.

Best climate control storage ever!
We are very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff, specially their thoughtfulness (Like cutting the package of our new lock in case we did not have a scissor). The facility is immaculate and very easy to go in and out of. We are on the second floor and the moving is seamless. Three flat bed dollies are always present and the elevator is industrial size. We love it!

I like how I was able to reserve a storage unit with no I’d. But then I was getting calls and emails pressuring me to rent soon as possible before the date I set. Then even after I cancel I still received emails. When I called no seem to know what I was talking about. And they share my information with Facebook Ads. I delete Facebook because of those reasons.
