Aaron was great
Aaron was great! This is my 3rd year renewing my housing letter and it was nothing but good vibes! He helped me out and was able to answer any questions i had. Can’t wait to get my cat into my new apartment! Definitely recommend using this website! Give Aaron a raise!

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE! We were never notified that we would be charged $19.99 per month UNTIL WE DIED for this service. Phone calls, emails to USSA to cease coverage and charges were never answered. Never again.

Great customer service
This is my 2nd year using this company and I have always dealt with great representatives. I spoke with Wayne K. this last time around and he was very kind. He confirmed his affiliation and offered me everything without being pushy, which is appreciated. US Service Animals care about their patients and their health professionals are knowledgeable.
