This company doesn't deserve more than one star. I do not post negatively online. However, ValaNio should not get away with their business practices. •Delivery took over 1 month. •One item, a shirt, was fine and as shown. •The dress I ordered was seriously NOT as shown, mainly in the skirt. The picture showed a beautifully flowy and flared skirt on the dress. It was not and was very disappointing. The length of the dress was also not as shown; below the knee. The dress I received is almost ankle length. •I sent an email explaining the issue, asking for the dress as shown or a full refund and paid return. •The dress cost $55.99 and they sent a reply saying I could keep the dress and they would compensate me for $10. No. No thank you. Not giving them the satisfaction of feeling like they made things right. That would be $45.99 for nothing! So, I'm out the cost and the dress I ordered. Really disappointing to say the least. Don't get taken, ladies! Be careful. I won't take a chance ordering from ValaNio again. It's kind of a bait-and-switch business mode. They misrepresent what they are selling.
This company should not be doing
This company should not be doing business in the United States at all because they do not honor returns. I ask for a mailing address to return a dress that I had waited almost one month to receive and paid $76.00 for, which was not what I had ordered originally in the first place and was way to large, they offered me $10.00 for my inconvenience and to keep the dress. Why would I want to keep a dress that I can’t wear. Anyway stay away from this foreign company they are a scam company and shouldn’t be selling in America.

The items didn’t fit so I wanted to send them back for a refund. Valanio offered for me to keep the items and they refund me a small amount of money. After explaining the items do not fit and I want my full refund. They still were unwilling to refund the full amount. This company is a scam and the clothes were not well-made. Do not do business with this company.
Liars, scammers, not USA made product
My mom purchased a dress from Vala Nio which on their website says was made in North Carolina. When she received the dress it says made in China. The sizing was off and when she tried to return it they said she can ship it to Dubai... she's in the USA... or that they'll give her 10% discount. This is ridiculous. She spent too much money on this dress and should have received a full refund when requested and US shipping. LIARS! Don't shop there

Supposedly shipped from S. Carolina but took a month to get the ugliest dress, cheap looking, and looked nothing like what I ordered. I have read other reviews and they expressed couldn't send their items back and I couldn't reach anyone to tell me where to track my item. It came in late for a wedding but wouldn't have worn this ugly thing anyway. I will NEVER do business with this bogus company again. This is a scam! Don't order from them.

SCAM!!! Do not buy from Valanio! The black sheer dress I ordered is nothing like the picture! The fabric is cheap and the size is completely off. The return address is in Dubai which is the shipping $ is ridiculously high and they don’t give you a return label. It’s a scam!!

I ordered the most beautiful dress; however, it was too large. I astigmatism I could exchange it for a smaller size and they immediately sent it. I did have to pay the $15 postage charge. When I tried returning it, they said I did not need to. I tried twice! I now have the most beautiful dress ever for my grandson’s wedding! Great clothing and great customer service!

I admit I was skeptical about ordering online because I have had some bad experiences with ordering clothes and being very disappointed. But I saw this company and something told me to try. I must say that I will definitely order from them again! My dress came earlier than expected, it was packaged very nicely and the quality is great.
