I am very pleased with the quality and fit of the clothing. I received many compliments in the dress. My only complaint would be the delivery time. Website indicates fast delivery when in fact it was a four week delivery time. The company did respond to my inquiries on shipment status which I appreciated greatly. I would definitely order again but not if I was on a timeline for needing the items being purchased.

Dresses different quality than pictured in photos

The clothing I ordered was somewhat different than what I expected from the photos. It was a different quality fabric than I expected. I thought the decorations on the fabric were sewn on but it's actually just pictured on the fabric. I am keeping the order because the dresses look nice on me and fit well, but don't think I'll order online again.

Pros & Con

PRO's - Selection was very good as is quality. Customer Service was good. CON's - shipment was held up for days as 1 item (out of 7) was not available. Instead of shipping what was ready, or contacting me to advise, order just sat. Problem was fixed when Customer Service was contacted - we cancelled the piece and I reordered . It would be great of CS could notify customer when an item is out of stock instead of holding up the entire order.

Some items were out of stock and this is the second time this has happened. Shipping takes a long time. You state all your clothes are made in S Carolina but the items have Made in China tags on them. I think you should remove that statement. I am, however, very happy with the quality of the items that I have received and I will order from you again.

Valanio has a terrible return policy

Valanio has a terrible return policy. No number to call just email. Took them 2-3 days to respond to me. I bought 4 dresses…same dress two different colors two different sizes. Found the one i wanted and wanted to return the other three. $65 a dress. They would only credit me $40 at first. I emailed back requesting full refund. They then emailed again saying $60 and if i tried to return the three i am responsible for shipping. I again requested full refund in three. They said ok $90 refund and wanted me to keep the dresses. 🤷🏻‍♀️ extremely poor. I would never recommend this company. Too shady.

The dress advertised is noting like the dress recieved. I purchased the dress for a wedding where it was advertised as floral prints throughout the dress. The dress ended up being predominantly white with very little other color. I can’t wear that to a wedding. It also runs small. I ordered a size up from my recommended size thinking I would get it altered. But it is a little tight. Therefore, it doesn’t flow like it should. They won’t take it back and I did teach out before I purchased it and they said they would. Now they want to only offer me $8 to keep the dress!! Scam

Dress is the worst material

Dress is the worst material - feels like a shower curtain. Customer service is even more terrible. They refused to give me my money back and had to fight to get $30 back for a dress that cost $74.
