The service was as superb as promised. I received the written translations promptly, well ahead of the five days I had anticipated. And when I requested a couple of minor corrections in the spelling of names, the corrections were handled efficiently and quickly. My LEGAL translation was extremely wrong and the paper is missing MANY sections. The person translating was CLEARLY lazy and it was a 10 SECOND VIDEO! I had someone say "Nena" in my video (which is in Spanish) and it was typed in the English section like are you serious THIS IS FOR A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CASE. Not to mention they completely skipped over the part where someone was THREATENING TO BEAT SOMEONE UP TWICE! Clearly this company needs to stop providing services for LEGAL situations. Truly disappointing. Seems to me like it was translated off google translate.
