I usually don’t write reviews but for this particular item I’m just so disappointed I feel like I got ripped off. I bought the CCell 550mAh palm battery in September. I received my order and it worked fine for the first 2 months then all of the sudden it completely stopped working. It’s fully charged and no smoke comes out. I’ve tried calling vape mood customer service for the last month and can’t get thru to anyone. Then I wrote an email explaining what happened, gave the date and order number for the product, I still have the packaging and didn’t receive and email back. So now I’m out 35.00. Terrible customer service maybe even none existing customer service. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone! Waste of money!

My 510 cartridge fits but won't draw properly. I've had this problem before in testing vape pens it depends on the cartridge - seems hit/miss? Don't know Not all 510 thread will work.

This is my 3rd time ordering a name brand product from Vape Mood. Everytime the product has been as advertised and the serial number checked out with the manufacturer. Very reliable shipping, my product was received as expected. 4/5 stars because in ordering my Davinci IQ I had ordered the Stealth unit, but received the Silver unit instead. Too much hassle to get it exchanged and I was eagerly waiting to use the device for the first time. I would definitely recommend this site. In 3 brand name orders, they've only made one mild error.
