I made a nearly $300 purchase from Vape Mood and never received the item. I called, emailed, and sent a text message for an update on my order and I got no response from the company. My item never shipped. 15 days later, still no contact from them and no item. I wish I had read the reviews prior to my purchase, I would have never shopped with them. Lucky for me my purchase was protected and not by that Norton mess they send you. I was able to file a claim through the credit card company and get a refund. Buyer Beware.

BEWARE: Holding on to my money and Non-existent Customer Service
I ordered a package nearly 2 weeks ago and have yet to see proof of it being sent although my order has been confirmed and the money(120$) taken from my account. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service on the status of my order but I get the same automated message that no representative is available. I've emailed and left messages and I still have yet to receive a response from Vape Mood.
I understand with the current state of the country there may be some delay, and you might need to refund orders and such, but to take my money, and for two weeks, not give me any updates on the status of my order is poor business
EDIT: Received correspondence stating that "they've been experiencing delays and they will deliver my package as soon as possible" then 2 days later I get a notification that my order has been refunded. TAKE YOUR BUISNESS ELSEWHERE! I still have yet to see the processing of my refund even though I got the email a two full buisness days ago. Feels like they're trying pull a fast one on me.

Why can’t I get help ?
I ordered a $349 item. My order was confirmed and my card was charged with the money deducted from my account. Then 3 days later I received an email saying I was being refunded my money with no explanation. The item I ordered is still available so that can’t be it. I have tried to reach customer service by phone over the last few days but no one is ever available. I have left my email and contact info as the recording asked but still no response. I have not seen my refund either. Feeling ghosted and would like my item preferably , or a prompt return please.

Having trouble with cartage making connection with battery, I have made sure the adapter is connected and screwed on fully. Still having to jiggle to connect not working consistently. Works great once connected but inconsistent, and that is a hassle.
