I had a wonderful experience working…
I had a wonderful experience working with Vastpins and especially with Suen Sun. From the initial quotation to production and shipping, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized. Suen was always responsive, patient, and attentive to details, making communication easy and stress-free. We ordered several custom enamel pins for our client, and the final products arrived safely and looked fantastic. The quality of the pins was excellent, and the colors matched our expectations perfectly. Our client was very happy with the result. I was particularly impressed by the level of customer service. Suen carefully answered all of my questions, provided artwork proofs promptly, and kept me informed throughout the production process. The order was completed on schedule, and shipping information was provided clearly. Thank you to Suen and the Vastpins team for their outstanding support. I highly recommend Vastpins to anyone looking for high-quality custom pins and reliable service. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
If you have an idea, believe me, Nora will make it a reality.
Nora is a delightful person. This is the second time I've contacted her, and despite the time difference, she's incredibly flexible, kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Anything she can do,Don't hesitate to ask him.I had some doubts because I was showing her ideas without knowing the final result, but Nora's level is so high that even simple ideas can become successful projects, and after my experience with her on several projects, I can confirm that.Based on the experiences and treatment I've received from this company, I can say that I consider myself a loyal customer and will return many times. And if you're a business owner who's hesitating about acquiring this service, and you're reading this review, my friend, don't hesitate to do it; it's the best company by far.

Exceptional customer service and commitment!
We came to vast pins with a big ask, to make and ship pins to us in a very short timeframe so that we could use them in our graduation ceremony. Carol was absolutely phenomenal at making sure our requests were filled and even with a lack of communication, fully on our end, she went above and beyond to ensure that our product arrived on time. Definitely recommend this company to those looking for high quality items and great customer service!
Professional help and quality goods
I was supported by Serena Wang. She helped me through the whole proces of telling her what I want all the way to the endproduct. Her professional opinion, her froendly attitude and ongoing customerservice resulted in the best product I could wish for. In the end both the pins and patches were as I imagined them to be. So I am very satisfied with the quality and design of the product. On top of that came that the goods were exactly delivered as Serena had promised me. I will definitely choose Vast Gifts again when Serena is the person to guide me through the proces.
