The pins I had made definitely exceeded my expectations. The quality, attention to detail and overall finish were fantastic and it turned out even better than I had imagined. I also want to give a 10/10 for the customer service I received from Serena. I had so many questions throughout the process, requested re-quotes and asked for pictures with pin on different items but Serena was incredibly patient, friendly and professional every step of the way. Not once did she make me feel like I was asking too many questions or pressured into ordering. She was always happy to help, provided clear answers and consistently got back to me promptly. It’s not often you come across such excellent customer service, and Serena genuinely made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Would happily recommend this company.
