Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.We were cautious ordering online, but our company contact was very helpful and our order was made and delivered without incident. The lapel pins we ordered were excellent - exactly as expected and perfectly capturing our logo.
The people I have been in touch with both times I have ordered something from them has been helpful and good at following up on my orders. The time of manufacturing has also been quick in accordance to what has been ordered. The products themselves has also been of good quality. Overall I'd be a returning customer.
Nora was amazing! She understood exactly what I was looking for, responded to my emails promptly, and delivered everything on time. The quality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend her!
I am so happy with how the pins I ordered turned out. Annie was an amazing help and was able to accomplish exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. My only regret is not getting them a little bigger lol.
This company deserves an applause for great service. The one behind this all is Willa, I made an order of badges from her and it was absolutely not an easy one but she did exactly what I asked for and even better than I could have imagened to be honest. One thing that really stands out is how fast she replied my Emails, I had to send a lot of Emails and in some companies the conversation could have taken weeks but she really took care of her customer. I got fast service aswell, I told her I had to get the badges delivered fast and that was no problem at all. She prioritised my order and made sure it came on time. I give this company an honest 5/5 stars!
Had a great experience from start to finish. Always helpful with advice. The Badges are just what I expected if not better. I expected it taking a while to get them made and delivered but I was wrong I got them in no time around 10 days. Olivia was so helpful through out.
Great service and assistance to get this order underway. I will definitely get items again from this company. The product I ordered arrived, packed well and the pins look and feel great. Thank you VastGifts.

By far the best customer experience I have ever had! Fantastic communication, kind and very helpful. If you want enamel pins this is the company to go with. I had never done enamel pins before, so I made many design mistakes, but they were very patient and helpful guiding me through the design process. Would highly recommend, and a thank you to a Serena Wang for being so kind and professional, give the women a raise!

I’ve already had a few items made at Vast Gifts – patches, coins, pins and key rings – and every single one has been top quality. The team are lovely, really helpful and quick to reply. Delivery is fast and straightforward, too. I’d recommend Vast Gifts to all my colleagues.
I had an idea on what i wanted and had alot of emails back and to with Suen on designs and finishings, and once we finalised the design and invoice was sent it was just on 2 weeks from paying to receiving them. They are absolutely brilliant and have zero complaints on the quality. Will be using them again on future designs
