Vaultek started with an open imagination, a blank slate if you will. We saw an opportunity to introduce not just a new product - but an entirely new brand. We don't intend to create a one hit wonder, but evolve into a respected brand capable of building innovative products packaged with cutting edge technologies in both security and quick access.

Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I got both the Lifepod 10 and Smart Station DS2e refurbished for a hella good discount! The arrived promptly and in perfect absolutely like-new condition. I’m very happy as both work for all my carry/compact 9mm pistols. My full-size M17 would fit as well except I converted it to the X-Carry grip module with magwell. Trust their refurbished products if you find what you’re looking for and save a bundle!
The product has been great, excellent safe. Convenience for quick access if the need ever arrives with safety knowing it's out of reach of the kids. I had a little issue with the electronic display and I contacted vaultek who got back to me and explained how to fix the issue within a few hours. Highly recommend for product quality and for customer service.
Set up for the DS5i was painless. This tableside safe was exactly what I was looking for. The large drawer accommodates my full-size pistol (extended magazine, threaded, and red dot) as well as 4 additional extended magazines easily. Have little ones at home and all they see is a new "alarm clock"
This is my 4th Vaultek lockbox (08/13/25) over the past 3 years. I seem to be working my way up to buying a rifle safe. I've done research between each purchase to ensure the product quality and customer service ratings haven't slipped like other manufacturers (aka. 'binning', "quality fade", "planned obsolescence", et.) I also compare products against competitors. Vaultek's service and quality has not just remained consistent but appears to continually improve. I've been very happy with each of the previous purchases. I'm looking forward to using this latest one. I have recommended them to relatives and friends. I'm not being sponsored, paid, et. to write this review. Just feel like we should also speak up about the good things we come across.
