Extremely quick shipment. Desk Assembly was easy. The side cabinet took more work. I ordered a couple of accessories too. However, another item was shipped in it's place. The box wasn't labelled properly and it got shipped to me. Their customer service was very quick to act and resolve the issue. Would highly recommend.

The desk took me about 40 minutes to put together, but I love the quality of the desk. I recently started working from home full time so I wanted to invest in a proper quality home office setup. And this desk was the perfect addition. I’m 5’7 so the standing height is very stable for me personally.

The delivery of my desk and file cabinet was fast. The instructions were very easy to follow. I was able to do the entire assembly by myself. The quality is very high and the furniture looks great in my home office.
Beyond impressed with the quality of this desk; sturdy build and a beautiful addition to my home office! I want to commend Vernal on the pack quality - the box for my base was pretty beat up when it arrived, yet it was packed SO WELL with foam and cardboard reinforcements, everything inside was perfect. Same for the worktop - all surfaces packed to be very protected. The last thing you want with bulky pieces is to deal with getting replacements for pieces damaged in shipping. Vernal seems to have thought through the whole purchase/assembly process from the customer’s perspective- quick ship, packed well for no freight damage, every piece is labeled and organized, easy to understand instructions, and a QR code takes you to an assembly video, which I watched before I started to get an overview. Vernal even includes the tools you need and an extra piece of every fastener in case you drop/lose one. I am not particularly handy or mechanical, but my husband was sick and I was able to easily assemble this well designed desk myself (just needed his help to flip it right side up after installing legs). If you’re shopping for a stand up desk, I highly recommend Vernal.

Great product, great engineering, your instructions have no words and yet were easy to follow (one error re: vanity panel). I have had desks 3x more expensive and so far your desk has been #1. Hopefully it lasts and the electronics are reliable too.
Still haven't received my whole package. I have only received the legs in the wheels and still waiting for the desktop tracking on shipping is horrible and doesn’t give you updates accordingly.

Purchased the L-shaped sit to stand desk, pedestal file and storage cabinet and I am SO impressed! It arrived extremely quickly, was very well packaged, very clear installation instructions (and there are helpful YouTube videos as well) and well built components. This desk was thoughtfully designed and we didn't encounter any assembly issues with screws not lining up, etc. Although it took us awhile to assemble all 3 pieces, truly it was an easy process. I built the 2 storage units on my own. I was skeptical about buying this online but rest assured this is a fantastic desk and I am thrilled at the quality. I am actually excited to work from home now!

Process was easy and the desk in fantastic, they did a great job planning the pieces/parts so that it would be simple for the customer to put together. Probably one the best put togethers for furniture I've ever done in my life! I originally planned on getting the Ergonofis desk for a long time until I found Vernal. I got the 70in. maple/white standing solid wood desk. Highly recommend get the wheels additionally for easy maneuvering once put together. I'm grateful I got them many times over already and it's only been like 2 weeks. I also got the CPU holder, desk drawer and desk shelf as well, and they all turned out great.
I was a little nervous because it seemed like there were a lot of recent reviews saying shipping was a mess, items arrived damaged, customer service was not helpful. Not only did the items arrive in great condition (packaging was impressive) but I had the desk and accessories within 48 hours. I was floored. Assembly was not bad with 2 people. And I LOVE the desk. It’s stable, sturdy, and looks great.
Overall, I was pleased with the Vernal product and service. A majority of the boxes were too heavy for me to carry. I found that opening the boxes and unpacking them and then carrying the content to my office area was the best way to handle individual heavy boxes. I also kept each boxes content together and inventoried the items to make sure I had everything.
