Excellent customer service
The quality of the desk is exceptional. I am 100% satisfied with that purchase. The cabinet looks very nice and I don’t regret the purchase. The main drawer in the cabinet was not aligned well. This created some work on our end and we finally just had to drill new holes for the tracks, which worked. The happy ending to the story is the unbelievable customer service from Vernal. Their response time is so fast, and everyone I have dealt with has been amazing. They would not stop until the issue was satisfactorily resolved. Customer service lately is hard to find, but Vernal has it down to a science! I would definitely shop here again.

Helpful customer service
Talking to customer service took some time via email, but they were incredibly helpful and helped to get what I want. They worked with me to buy the desk top piece that was larger than the initial desktop piece I bought a year or so prior.
Received the top to my desk which had clearly been dinged up on its way to me. I was worried I would have to fight for a replacement and then deal with return shipping and all that - but they responded same day, requested photos of the UPC code and shipping label (to verify presumably against fraud, understandably) and then processed a replacement midday, once again, in the same day. Liza was the person who helped me via email and it was painless. No questions asked, no challenge, Vernal just made it right.

Still decent but expected much more
After spending so much money on this Vernal standing desk, I’m honestly disappointed. The top laminate arrived damaged right out of the box, which was annoying but not a total dealbreaker. What was though is how the desk is surprisingly wobbly even at medium height, making it hard to use comfortably for work or gaming.
Just simply typing on my keyboard now is enough for me to feel the entire desk shake.
I expected much better quality especially since the website explicitly states reinforced frame stability.

This is a great desk. I would 100% buy again, if needed. The directions are for individual components that is a problem with the executive model. I had to disassemble to put on the wood covers over the legs because I followed the individual directions. My Bad! The boxes aren't marked correctly. By box count I had a box marked 1 of 2 but no 2 of 2. I called customer service, and she assured me I had everything. She was right! :)
The desk was solid in its construction, and the walnut looks absolutely beautiful.
The only thing I’ve found that sometimes when adjusting the height using the presets, it’ll throw out the E05 error meaning that something is in the way. I’ve tried everything and made sure nothing is in the way, but it sometimes still happens.
Other than that small issue, it is a wonderful desk!
Outstanding desk, the surface is very comfortable and pleasant to rest the arms on. I love the adjustability too, being able to adjust to the 0.01th of an inch is really great, the depth and width and overall quality is outstanding - building took me about an hour with my wife helping me but we also were sure to be careful and take our time. Well worth every penny!!
The desk is extremely solid and fits great in my room. However, I had a socket screw that somehow got a small screw stuck in the head. No idea how it happened but it was inconvient since it was basically unusable. Additionally, desktop 2/3 seem to be mislabeled in the manual or the desks themselves. This was confusing but I eventually figured out that I needed to swap them. Other than those missteps, the desk itself is amazing. I can tell its quality, and am happy with the setup, although the assembly was a little frustrating.
