I placed a huge order for a complete…
I placed a huge order for a complete office set. My order was quoted to be delivered between 4 to 8 business days and I have been waiting over a month and have not received my full order. Customer service does not respond back properly or quickly. There are many different types of delivery modems that are being used. It seems very unorganized.

File cabinets were well packaged and easy to assemble. Good quality product.
Poor Shipping
Can not give a full review as I have not received everything. For some reason all parts were shipped from different locations at different times and I am still missing a box. Very inconvenient, instead of just shipping everything together.

Deeply disappointed
Deeply disappointed. Desk delivery (half a dozen heavy boxes) were left outside the building. Our office is on the third floor. We are a women run business and I'm on injured reserve. Would have appreciated a call. Sheesh.

Helpful Customer Service - Jeremy
Jeremy was very helpful and quick to his responses. I understand that the business is located, I believe, out of Hong Kong so responses may not be 100% as fast as possible as people would like them to be, but I'm okay with that. I did not wait for days for a single response, my expectations were met.
3 for 3 broken on arrival
I ordered eight desks for my office. So far the first three were all broken or damaged. The power legs on the first error out everytime I try to use them and have to be reset. The second, an “executive desk”, came with two of the three desktop pieces busted. And the third, a small 4ft standing desk came damaged on the desktop as well. I have emailed Verner but no responses yet on replacements. Hopefully the rest of the desks are not going to be more of the same as I try to assemble. So far, I would not recommend.

Desk is really good quality
Desk is really good quality, it was fairly easy to assemble. Overall, we really like the desk.

Great Service and quality.
First is the quality of the desk. It was the only desk with a full 29 inch deep desk. No cheap parts or pieces, only quality made in USA. The service, despite some order changes on my part, the Vernal team made everything right. They expressed shipped some of the parts I ordered so they would arrive completing my order. I even made a mistake and they made it right with a refund. Very happy with my purchase!

Kind of like ikea furniture to put together. Super fast shipping and happy with the way it looks.

It could have been better (happy with the 5 desk though)
The time it took to receive our product than to receive the wrong product on some of the items. The biggest downfall is not being able to have a conversation with someone, all done on email........ They said they were going to send us something to make up for this but we never received anything.

Great overall experience
Great overall experience. Product is fantastic. Sturdy, durable, clean lines, solid feel. Motors run smooth. Goes together well. Heavy duty once assembled. Had one small issue of damage to desktop during shipping. Perhaps could use some more padding between that layer and outer box, FedEx is not gentle! But they agreed to refund me a portion and I will fix on my own.

Everything arrived on time and complete. All of the predrilled holes lined up.
