From the beginning Dana showed me a wealth of respect. He didn't talk to me like I was stupid and how come I didn't take care of this and that. He told me excatly what I qualified for and was pretty muc h SPOT ON. This team will go way out of the way to make sure No one gets left empty handed they will help you get all your intitled to.

At first I wasn't sure if I needed it, but after explaining that I could be penalized later for not enrolling in part b, I decided to enroll in it. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the whole process. I would consider her a great asset to your company! If it were up to me, I'd give her a bonus!

Like many other things that you mostly ignore, We Speak Veterans came up on my Instagram feed. I bypassed it several times but then I thought, being retired military and going on Medicare soon, maybe I should check this out. Well I am glad I did! They helped me to understand benefits I did not even know about and would have taken MUCH longer to make sense of on my own. Staci walked me through what my options were and had answers to questions I didn't even know I should ask!
