My only complaints are: Safety, ADA, and System Abuse by Venues
My only complaints are:
I have severe PTSD from rape coverup and I am terrified of crossing paths with the people that committed and covered up that felony against me. I can't post photos of myself at the events to earn rewards/lottery points because I must protect myself from stalkers that want me silent. Of the couple dozen events I have attended, I have had to leave early three times after seeing the criminals I am avoiding. One time was the rapist himself and he drunkenly squared up to fight me before I fled the venue.
Another complaint is the restriction on ticketing. I have had PTSD anxiety fits while attending an event and tried going to the ADA accessible areas or the EMS desk, and those events I have received warnings for not staying in my seat. I would think that would be a violation of the ADA law to deny me access to help for my disability and it is sad because you serve A LOT of disabled veterans, as you should.
The majority of the time I am happy to have this resource available to me.
My last complaint is the abuse of this organization for small events to promote on, when the events they are hosting don't cost much if they are not free anyway. Why would I pay VetTix/Ticketmaster $15 for a ticket to see a local cover band that is charging $20 at the door? Those venue/event organizers should be banned for abusing this system. They only create clutter in the search when Veterans are looking for things to do. It is annoying AF and makes me want to never patron their venue, let alone their event.

VetTix is an amazing option for all us veterans to have chances we otherwise might never ha e to attend all kinds of events from sports to music to comedy-you name it.
All kinds of ways to get free and low cost tickets to events, sometimes the seats are literally right up front!
If you are a vet and you like to go out to events, you GOTTA be part of VetTix.
Vet-Tix is a wonderful organization for Veterans. Without them even knowing it, Vet-Tix has bought so much joy and happiness to myself and my family by allowing us to attend various events that we normally would not have been able to attend. I am so grateful to my Vet-Tix family for allowing me to enjoy different activities, plays, concerts and just so many fun things. We absolutely love Vet-Tix. We cant wait for the next outing
We had a great time at our event. The tickets were great and they keep the transfer fees reasonable. Easy and efficient to work with. Can’t wait to do it again!
Love this site and love them taking care of veterans. I have used them in the past and attended a Mavericks and Rangers game and paid pennies. Recommend any veteran to take a look into them if you haven't already.
