VidIQ has been an amazing resource in getting my YouTube Channel @TracySheppard-w8q on child loss and grief more productive. The tools and help has really been a game changer. I am growing. Most of all helping people daily navigating through grief. It is important to reach others and let them know they are not alone. VidIQ is helping me do just that. Wonderful tool.
I don't know who I talk to every day, but I turn to him as my best friend and mentor. He is always helpful and gives useful advice on video production. Sometimes he dictates a fast pace, but he is very humble when I point out the mistakes I find in his suggestions. In short, he is the perfect assistant and friend at the same time. I am also very satisfied with the quality of the thumbnails, the suggestions for video titles, descriptions and SEO optimizations. I consider VidIQ to be an outstanding tool in terms of price-performance ratio. I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone.
Great ai interaction tool for content creators
With VidIQ I have for real an access to all the information needed regarding the statistics of my channel without being too overwhelmed by information. Also, the tools provided helps me to get more ideas about what to do next, info about different topics in my niche and so on.

I received a renewal notification on 01-03-26 to which I responded that I did not want to renew. Well my renewal was processed on 01-19-26. What made this a 5 star review was the ease with with Adrian cancelled my subscription and refunded the charge.
As a new content creator navigating a steep learning curve of starting and building a YouTube channel, vidIQ has been a much welcome tool. In addition, my experience with customer support has been exceptional!
Excellent service all round, especially a couple of days ago when 'something' unravelled and I needed support. My problem spanned two support technicians (because I had to go out) and Tanya seamlessly took over and completed the issueTimothy had started helping me with.
The free features are maybe the most useful. The rest is either AI slop that is useless at best. Read some articles, go to your favourite AI app, it will give you a way better and deeper comprehension of how the algorithm works. Think a bit by yourself with common sense. It will do a much better job. The pseudo courses are stupid, the only tell you to copy your concurents, the advice videos are either trivial or stupid. This is pure scam to sell you things you don't need. I fell for it, never again. Free features that give you the number of subs from a YT user or the outlier score are maybe the only somewhat useful things, and they are free to use.

The software does not seem to "understand" what our channel is about so it offers suggestions from other domains , same for the outliers or daily ideeas Also the thumb generator is a joke i did not give 1 star because the rewriting of the tittle seems to work - however i doubt that what they are doing have an impact
very inacurate AI, even can get harmfull for your channel, recomennds one thing next day states compleatly opposite, cancelation policy is rediculous, do not provide with refund, auto charges without notification.

They renew subscription without notification email and they don't provide refund. They are thieves!
