Wonderful shopping experience

Customer service was excellent, great options of mattresses, we found one we liked and were able to get it delivered the next day.

Great mattresses

Great mattresses, wish I found them sooner.

Very patient with our lack of knowledge & indecisiveness

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing a mattress from Urban Mattress. Nathaniel and two other salespeople were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient despite us return to the store 3 times because of indecision. Ultimately they steered us in the right direction. The mattress was delivered only a week ago and so far it's been very comfortable and I anticipate that it will continue to give a great night sleep in the future.

Top Notch Mattress Buying Experience

We were able to take our time checking out all the mattresses they have at the Vienna location, ask questions (sometimes the same one -- it's a lot to take in) and Nathaniel Hoelk, the owner, and his staff were patient and informative. After a second visit, we made our decision on what we hoped would be the perfect mattress. It arrived 3 weeks later, just like they said it would. We have slept on it now 3 nights and know we made the right choice. We also loved that Nathaniel sent an email a few days after we first visited the showroom to see if we had any additional questions. Great customer service all around!

Staff extremely helpful

Staff provided excellent information in store to make an informed choice. Absolutely no pressure to buy. Excellent quality mattress for a great price (decided to buy the floor model with a deep discount). We contacted the store after delivery after seeing some separation in a seam on the side. The owner spoke with us, provided ideas to fix it which worked. We did not want to return the mattress and remain very happy with the purchase.

They went extra mile

They went extra mile to make the delivery in a very tight window. I am very much happy with their service and support.

Great customer service & mattresses

Great customer service, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about mattresses. The selection of well made, quality mattresses was a pleasant surprise. I was in the „looking/exploring what’s available mode“ when visiting the store, there was never any pressure to buy or any sales gimmick used during my visit. My plan is to definitely go back when I’m ready and chose a mattress from Urban Mattress.

Thanks for the great bed!

Great mattress

The delivery crew was on time as scheduled and professional. My old mattress was taken away as planned. And, my new mattress is better than expected. I can finally wake up in the morning and not have back pain. My back is supported and comfortable all night. It was well worth the money spent.

Loyal customer

I've been shopping at Urban Mattress for many years. They remember me and treat me well. Knowledgeable staff and great selection of quality mattresses and other products.

An excellent business to work with

An excellent business to work with. There was a glitch, they handled it well. They came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint. Looking forward to the new matress. Felt MUCH better than the others we tried

Great local mattress shop

Everyone was super helpful when I went to the store, no high pressure sales tactics, and they were forthcoming with answers to whatever questions I had. Delivery was a breeze and I'm loving the mattress.

Excellent costumer services

Great customer service!

Great service in store and with…

Great service in store and with delivery.

Hopeful

Delivery was longer than anticipated at just over 5 weeks. The mattress has a very strong chemical smell which has not noticeably dissipated over the first 24 hours. The mattress does feel comfortable and has the right balance of softness and support. I think once the off-gassing is complete, it will be a nice bed.
