Urban Mattress

Perfect sleep aid

Nice, customized service. No attempt to oversell. Appreciate the outcome, both the mattress and the side pillow! Attention to accommodate delivery time!

I love Urban Mattress

I love Urban Mattress. All the beds in my house are from there. Great service all the time. I don’t even consider buying from any place else.

Very happy with our experience at Urban…

Very happy with our experience at Urban Mattress. We were given the time and space to ponder our choice, and lots of useful information. A very pleasant experience. Great selection of products. Item was delivered on time.

Our Favorite Mattress Ever

Nathaniel is incredibly well-informed on his product and led us quickly and easily to a fantastic sleep experience. Would recommend over and over.

Excellent experience

Excellent experience, customer service and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Outstanding service every time!

Outstanding service. I have now purchased mattresses for all 3 of my teens and have gotten great assistance and smooth delivery each time. Very happy with the wide range of choices and - of course - that they use non-toxic materials!

Friendly, knowledgeable & great quality

Greg was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products in his showroom. He let us go around testing out mattresses and was there to answer any questions we had. He was honest and gave us great advice. We are so glad we found Urban Mattress!

Great service and love buying products made in America

My husband and I like to buy American made products and quality products. I could not be happier with the service I got at Urban Mattress. I went in looking for a mattress to replace a very nice American made mattress I had ordered online but didn't work for me. I explained my issues and was directed to a few options. I have had the new mattress for a week and it is so comfortable. They say to give it a month but I think this is the winner!

Very Good experience

Everything went smooth with purchase, delivery and set up. Delivery folks were very helpful and expeditious. Only negative part was we could not use existing sleigh head and footer boards with frame provided.

Thx Nathan… great service as always

Great mattresses and service!

Great product and service, rapid delivery, and the best mattresses for my room and the guest room. Really comfortable and not overpriced. It is our second experience with Urban Mattress and we highly recommend them.

Great matress

Great matress, grest service. Very satisfied.

The purchase of my mattress and box…

The purchase of my mattress and box spring was very easy. There was absolutely no sales pressure! That was a great plus. Then they actually were able to fit me into their delivery schedule for the next day, since I lived so close to their store. The delivery and set up was quick. I will definately go back to Urban Mattress for my next mattress set.

Great Quality & Service

Excellent mattresses! Plus, sales and delivery staffs are professional, competent, and courteous. This was my third purchase from the Vienna location, and I highly recommend Urban Mattress!

We were told our bed would arrive…

We were told our bed would arrive within 1 week. It has now been 3 weeks and we still have not received our bed. We have been advised that, due to shortages, we won’t receive our bed for another 3 weeks. This is poor customer service.
