I normally don’t write negative reviews. They tried to send me fake photos of what I returned and claimed it had been worn! That was a lie because it wasn’t the same bracelet I purchased! I returned it immediately and reordered it in a smaller size. BBB has had many complaints regarding their business and now I know why! 😡😡😡

An incredible company made up of even better people. Professional, compassionate, and truly impactful. Had an issue with my glasses (my fault). I sent an email for assistance. This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced with taking days to respond to emails. Additionally, they offer gift vouchers with purchases but then don't reveal that they require further stipulations to be able to use the voucher, such as a minimum purchase amount. My wife bought me a necklace for christmas and got a 50$ voucher as a bonus gift included. However upon trying to use it, found out that it required a 150$ or more purchase to use. This was never communicated until after the initial purchase buy customer service. It never made that aware at the time of purchase of the necklace or even in the email in which the voucher was delivered.

Horrific experience. They sent a watch band that was labeled as 22mm. It clearly was not. I sent numerous images including one with a measurement. They literally kept emailing me ignoring basic facts and then demanded I pay for return shipping. Not sure if they are using AI for customer service but there is no chance I would buy from them again. Disputed the charge to my credit card company.

I have 7 Vincero watches between Wifey & I. Great quality, and style for the money with great shipping speed! Be sure to determine crystal type (mineral or sapphire) as they offer both; I much prefer sapphire.

I’ve gotten two watches from Vincero and love them so much I wear one of them everyday. The quality of both were great I enjoy the feel of the straps and how clean the watch faces look. I was so satisfied I decided I should try other products. Needless to say I wear my new astronaut necklace almost every day as well.

Horrible quality products and customer service is abysmal. Edit: Reply by vendor is a gross mischaracterisation of the timeline. Originally reached out September 6th to customer service and didn't get a response for several weeks. Never mentioned a prepaid label just told me to send it back. Just goes to show they will lie to maintain their reputation.
Hi there, We received your order on August 30th which was fulfilled timely. We didn't recieve any complaints from you until you filed a chargeback with us on September 24th, which we reached out to try and remedy without an answer from you. Since then we have not heard from you until November 1st when you asked for a full refund, which we stated per our policy we would just need you to return us the item using our prepaid label, and we would be happy to refund you, However, your reply stated you wouldn't be doing that, amongst other things. We are sorry we weren't able to come to a better solution for you.
Excellent watch….movement, case, water resistance, crystal, band… fair pricing…AND it actually arrived quickly. Slow watch delivery is the dirty little secret in micro-brands that nobody wants to talk about. I have 2 TAG watches on order from Luxury OM and approaching 2 months out and don’t have a delivery date. Vincero did delivery right! I literally ordered another watch from them today! PS.. I am not affiliated with them, just a happy client!

I purchased my watch over 2.5 years ago. Unfortunately I cracked the crystal and although my warranty was finished, I contacted Vencerio Collective to see if they could help me. Unlike other companies that I have delt with, concerning expired warranty period, I was pleasantly surprised that their customer service department answered all my question and was able to send me a crystal, in the most efficient way. If I could give them more that 5 stars it certainly be applicable. 5*++++

I ordered a watch and it came beautifully packaged in a very cool modern box. I loved the look and quality of the watch as well. My watch did arrive with a stain on the band and after showing a picture of the stain, they sent me a new one immediately. Very friendly, very professional. I bought the Cross Pendant $95.00 Colour - Silver in stainless steel. It looks very high quality in the pictures. Unfortunately, I was negatively surprised. It looks and feels extremely cheap. As if it was made one to one like another cross I own that only costs 6€. Completely overpriced and with engraving no return. The Vincero Collectiv website is misleading rather than presenting what is really on offer. Never again!
