Wedding Surprise!!
Easy to order. Best price I found online! It is even nicer than I expected! The sign we ordered is for my daughters wedding as a surprise for the bride and groom to have behind them at their head table. I’m so happy! I’d definitely order again! Thank you!!

The sign is exactly as described
The sign is exactly as described . They recommended a different version for integrity of the sign through traveling , I agreed and it looks great. Only mishap is I received a message that it had been delivered ( and it had not) I disputed my charge on my form of payment and I received sign within days . Perhaps a mis message to me on their part but we. Know how scary that is thinking I had been scammed . In the end I hadn’t and sign is perfect , very pleased with it !

Great quality!
Even though its overseas it came very fast! I would definitely be buying again because the quality is excellent. The sign is used making rope led, but it looks just like neon. I use my sign on the hostess stand and it lights up beautifully at night!

The sign i ordered for my neice to take with her as she head off to college, was exactly what i envisioned. It's perfect and well worth the wait. I appreciate that they respond back to your text messages very quickly. Pricing was reasonable. If you need a sign, this is a hassle free company that will get the job right.
Poor Customer Service/ Response
Amazing company! Enjoyed my sign while I lasted… now that it stopped working I have email them 3-4 times now with no response. Will they fix it? Idk maybe this review will catch there eyes $700 for poor customer service does no make a business look good.

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered 2 signs for my husbands surprise birthday a month in advance and 2 weeks before I was very worried I had not received any information on it. So I reach out to them and never hear back so I reach out 3 more times. Finally someone responded telling me they were backed up and might be able to get it out in time. Then a couple of days before the party they said they shipped it, and so I asked about tracking in 5 different emails and again they NEVER responded. Long story short, they never shipped it, they cancelled my order without telling me and were unresponsive. DO NOT ORDER!!!!! Who knows if I will ever get my money back.

Y’all haven’t even made my product yet or sent me any updates on the process so not much to give you a review about. Maybe it’ll change once some progress in made.
Still waiting on order
I still have yet to receive my order and I placed it last month. I’ve reached out to the company many times on different accounts (email & instagram) and no response. It’s very disappointing to spend that much to not receive anything. And to see how different the reviews are and other peoples’ experiences are not like mine is disappointing.
