Excellent Customer Service and Product - Vintage Sign

Cindy from Vintage Sign provided amazing customer service! I had a minor hiccup while trying to place my order. I was ready to give up when I received a message from her, asking if I needed help with my order. I was so happy and relieved that she reached out to me. She was quick, efficient, and kept me informed all the way through the order and delivery process. The sign arrived today snd I am thrilled with how beautiful it turned out! I can’t wait to surprise my sister and her husband at their wedding this week with their one of a kind sign ♥️

Fast and easy transaction

Pricey but arrived quickly and as ordered.

Bright - love it

Sign is great. I was worried about transporting it around but it is not glass or it’s coated with some rubbery substance. It is bright and really cool!

High quality and short lead time.

Just unboxing

This review is made upon receipt of the sign. The sign is super cute! Exactly what we wanted. Came quickly. Not unboxing it until we get to the dorm room. Will update then if possible.

First Class - Vintagesign Birthday

Dear Vintagesign, I am super impressed with you final product. It is professionally made and will be the centerpiece of my birthday party for taking pictures. I am amazed at the quality, yet how light weight it is, which is going to make it ideal for travel. Finally I love the color and the speed of delivery. First class job.

Beautiful Neon Sign!!!

1. Website well-organized. Made it easy to design and then order my sign. 2. Responsive customer service when I requested a status update. 3. My BEAUTIFUL sign arrived two days in earlier than expected in flawless condition!!! It was double packaged in cardboard and had a FRAGILE label on the front. The outside wrapping made it look like a present!! 4. Finally, easy instructions for set-up!!! 5. I absolutely love it!!!
