Feeling ‘ghosted’ after my order
I ordered my backlit house numbers on April 29,2024. It’s been 8 days and other than an order confirmation email, i haven’t heard anything or been given an expected delivery date. I emailed their customer service to find out how long it would, but the email address provided got rejected and the message was undeliverable. Now, i get an email asking how my experience was.. not sure what they expect me to say other than i feel like I’ve been ghosted and possibly scammed. I read lots of reviews before i purchased these and they were positive, so I took the chance even though it appears they are coming from outside the U.S. I hope to hear from them soon!!
BUYER BEWARE!!!
BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered two signs last July. One of them had not been used yet and when I plugged it in, the "T" won't light up. My second sign was installed in our ice cream shop in January. Looked great until the power box started smoking and melted. I've tried to contact the company for two weeks now with no answer! I tried again today and got a response saying their inbox was full. Their website says they will replace any defective item within a year, but they won't respond! I've contacted Paypal and next I will be contacting my bank to see if there's anything they can do. This is very upsetting!!
Trustworthy!
Creating the sign was easy and simple! I was given a discount at checkout which was very nice. Shipping was a little confusing because I did not know that I needed to be there to sign for the package so the shipping service kept it :( I just sent them an email to resend it and then was able to choose an option to get it delivered without a signature and then it was all seamless! I was scared the website would be sketchy but that was not the case at all!

We love the clean look and lighted house sign. It’s bright and easy to see with a modern look. The back light is a true white light (since led) so it is a different lighting brightness from our landscaping lights which are a warmer white, but still looks very nice!
great value and fast delivery
Shipped extremely quickly and looks perfect. Great value. The only downside is the remote control is pretty cheaply made and doesn't work very well (off button works only half the time).
poor customer service!
I strongly suggest using someone else. They delayed my order for a month without an update. They finally responded and said they were having some party and that’s why they couldn’t get to my order but assured me that they would start producing my sign the following week. I requested that they cancel my order and refund me since they hadn’t started my sign yet but they only told me to trust them. I finally got my 2 but it was 2 months late.

False advertising. Product not received.
Website said item would send within 1-2 weeks. We are much more than that out, and told it will not ship until at least 5 weeks after order. Cannot rate product when we have not received product, but will never order from this site again.

Highest quality, lowest price
The neon sign was perfectly packed, carefully protected. It is a perfect job, really beautiful. I wouldn't change anything. Even the screws have really nice covers. And the price is simply the lowest I could find.
