Still waiting for my refund after a month – blaming the local supplier is not customer service
July 22;
Booked and paid for a rental car including insurance through VIP Cars, but my reservation was unilaterally cancelled due to a minor delay (which I reported in advance). Instead of taking responsibility, VIP Cars tries to shift the blame to the local supplier and refuses to refund my deposit, insurance costs, or compensate for the extra costs. Very disappointing customer support and lack of accountability. Avoid using this broker if you want reliable service!
3 august;
It has now been two weeks since your last reply stating that you would contact the local supplier again—and a full month since this entire issue started. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for a resolution and have not received my money back.
You keep shifting the responsibility to the local rental company, but I booked my car and purchased my insurance directly through your platform. Therefore, you are my point of contact, and I expect proper customer service instead of repetitive, empty promises. I am deeply disappointed by this lack of action. Please resolve this immediately and process my refund.
