Conflicting messages
I placed an order, vivinio mailed me on 3 August saying it has been shipped, when I check the tracking information it says waiting to be shipped, when I use the chat I just go round in circles and they actually say it has been shipped but I have not received and the tracking information says not shipped. The service is abysmal !
