Great experience and customer service. I was promptly reimbused for a door handle that didn't arrive on time and was shipped a new one overnight for free when I had an issue with the first.

Vizilok locks are strong and work well…
Vizilok locks are strong and work well especially the vecant/in use indicator. Installation was easy and customer service helped when needed. The price is a bit high and delivery took a little longer than expected. Overall good quality and reliable just a bit pricey.
I purchased 4 locks
I purchased 4 locks. 2 different design locks have failed; 1st lock internal metal opened up and we had to cut a hole in the drywall to reach in an open the door. Support replaced all 4 locks. 2nd twist lock fell out of the handle. Employees prefer the push in lock button vs twist. Twist will no open unless you unlock it. I would like to replace the other 3. 2nd replacement don't ship on time and had to follow up several days later.

I had a question about an ADA door…
