Customer service was quick to answer my concerns. They were very helpful in understanding that my broken product was only a month out of warranty and they honored the warranty and shipped me a replacement right away. While I'm not happy with the fact that my door handle broke, customer service was easy to contact and fast to respond.

I ordered a left-handed lock in error; I actually needed a right-handed lock. The customer service team was so responsive in helping me return and reship. Can't thank them enough. When the correct item arrived, our team was so impressed with the quality that I just ordered 5 more so we can replace every door lock in our building. 10/10 recommend Vizilok products.
