I've been using VoiceMap for self-guided tours all over the world, I think it's a great way to discover new cities during travelling. They also provide a platform for creating your own tour. The process seemed daunting at first, but having an editor helping you through the process made the whole experience much more streamlined, Gary's feedback was invaluable. The resulting tour ended up great.

I would definitely say that I needed a lot of hand holding, patience and knowledge which Alicia demonstrated at every step of the way! I cannot say thank you enough! VoiceMap was so user-friendly and clear from a creator's standpoint and doing the practice run and listening to the tour myself. I loved the extra touches and tips that spell professionalism and thoroughness. Alicia's team were equally easy to work with, adding the finishing touches. This was a smooth process and a rewarding end product. Much appreciation!

My experience as a guide producing content with VoiceMap has been fantastic. The editors are just so nice and patient, and really helping you stay on track with friendly reminders when the process is going still. As in any learning process, there were many times I felt it was too difficult and too technical to continue, but every time I had someone from VoiceMap reaching out to help and get me unstuck. I'm extremely pleased with the end result of my very first tour. I'm a recovering perfectionist and even being so, I'm just so happy with the tour as VoiceMap makes me sound as a seasoned recording artist in the tour. VoiceMap is simply the right "packaging" for the fantastic content I'm sharing in the tour, the perfectionist in me is very satisfied with it ;) Thank you so much all of you guys at VoiceMap, you are outstanding!

VoiceMap is easy to work with for me as a tour producer and publisher. It gives great value to know that they are helping me with all details, so the final product are the best possible for the buyers.
This is a good app
This is a good app. It mostly worked very well, but our party had a few suggestions. We used audio tours twice in Quebec City. Both were interesting. The issues we had were minor but… *The starting point was pictured but we couldn’t find the directions or address (an email to Voicemap team got us a prompt answer.) *The street names are in French and sometimes we didn’t fully understand which street was being named. By the time we figured it out, we had missed some of the narration, and we couldn’t figure out how to back up. If it was easy to rewind, that would be helpful. * We wished there was silence between all stops on the tour. We found it difficult to navigate and listen at the same time. Overall, this app and tours are very reasonably priced and have the advantage of using it whenever we wanted, stopping for lunch, etc. and then resuming. We would use it again, but we would keep our phones in hand and pause frequently. I guess there’s a slight learning curve..at least for us!
