I ordered a set of prescription inserts for my A1 360 Drone. The first set of inserts arrived and would not fit correctly into the A1 holders. I made a video showing they did not fit. VR Wave told me they would alert the production team and get a correct set sent out to me. The 2nd set arrived and to my extreme disappointment, also did not fit. They were too thick to allow the A1 holder to properly snap back into place. I imagine that they were/are not tested with the applicable equipment prior to being sent out. Extremely disappointed with the product.

I would absolutely recommend VR Wave for your meta prescription lens. I've ordered two pairs, and when the second pair arrived with an issue, I contacted customer service, and they assisted me quickly with no issue.

I ordered two sets of lens first time it was my mistake the second time sent my prescription and still wrong lens sent to me can’t see out of them the bottom should be the top and the bottom I should be able to see !!!

VR Wave has helped me cut down on lens costs over the past year. My first pair fit perfectly, and when I ordered lenses for the new Meta/Ray‑Ban Blayzer frames, the delivery was fast. I did hit a snag—the lenses were cut too big—but after some back‑and‑forth and a lot of patience on their part, they sent me a replacement pair that fit exactly right. In the end, they made it right, and I’d still recommend them as an affordable option for prescription lenses.

Cheap product, customer service is virtually non existent, website design made choosing the correct product difficult.
Ordered transition lenses with coatings. The transition effect is virtually nonexistent to the point where I'm likely buying lenses elsewhere even after spending 170 on these. They smudge like crazy and are very difficult to clean even with coatings.
Received the wrong item due to (what they claim) my error. The order could not be halted in time as they don't even send you a proper receipt via email. Just basically a notification saying "we've received your order." I didn't even know there was an issue until I manually went in and rechecked it.
Literally any other company could do a better job and I deeply wish I had used a different company.

Do NOT buy anything here
Do NOT buy anything here. They ship from China and create a bogus shipping label right away to make you think your order will be to you soon. Then you contact customer service and they tell you to be patient over and over. No returns or refunds if they make your lenses incorrectly.
Update: i reached out and they are still refusing to refund me. 😂 scam company.

VR Wave Customer Service reached out personally and helped me correct a mistake that was mine. Not sure where the miss communication lies but the response/support was excellent after we figured out how to communicate.

Entering prescription info was easy. During this order building/capture process your system states that is will be necessary to upload a copy of the prescription. Not a problem. However, in reality, the provision for uploading the prescription does not occur until after the order has been placed. This needs to be clarified in the instructions. Other than that it was a smooth process.

Costhundreds less than optometrist. The progressive lens are as good or better than my expensive glasses. I just wish they would go darker in sunlight. My regular glasses are better at that.
