I've had a different power station for nearly 5 years and it finally died. So I was shopping for a new brand and I stumbled upon this one. I went with the 600 jump and Ive been very pleased with it. It came with some goodies too! A cool triple optional cord, stickers and a magnet!

VTOMAN Solar Generator
I have had a vtoman flashspeed 1000 for approximately three months traveling around Australia.
Last week the inverter smelt like it caught fire and stopped working. I could live with that for awhile as the main usage was to run my 12v fridge. A few days later it stopped accepting a charge and now is a useless brick.
Customer support is frustratingly slow and they are refusing to pay for return postage which is illegal here in Australia.
I have made complaints to Ebay and the ACCC (the governing body for consumer law here in Australia) which will hopefully force them to honour the warranty.

My flashspeed 1500 failed after 6…
My flashspeed 1500 failed after 6 months, after buying an additional battery. It will work with the additional battery connected but is dead without it. Vtomen have been very poor communicating with me and I have had to resort to getting a refund through Amazon. I would have been happy with a repair but I am not happy being ignored. Waited in all day for the collection of the faulty unit to be collected which never happened. Such poor customer service

Bought 2 Flashspeed 1500
Bought 2 Flashspeed 1500. Both failed within a month with error codes. Won't charge, or remaining charge dropping instantly to zero from say 80% within a minute and then needs charging as if it were empty. Contacted customer service, no or random dismissive responses. No follow-ups for months. Till today, 1 year later still no resolution, warranty or replacement. There is a facebook user group "VTOMAN group" where people have endless complaints about this company's products and non-existent support. This response below from them is nothing but a pretend show to look like they care.
