The package was on my porch when it was delivered, but it was empty. It appears that the back of the package had been cut open, the contents were removed, and the package was then taped back together before being delivered. Unfortunately, we do not have an active Ring camera subscription, so we are unable to access any video footage. Based on the condition of the package upon arrival, it appears the damage occurred before or during delivery. If the delivery driver was not responsible, I would have expected the driver to note that the package had already been cut open or was visibly damaged at the time of delivery. I would appreciate it if this matter could be investigated further and a resolution provided.

Beware the product is not as described and has 0 durability. Looks good coming out of the box. But after 2 days of wearing it, faded and left a green ring on my wife's neck. I contacted customer service before writing this review. They told me they could not return the item because of their policy of after. It's been worn. They do not accept refunds and offered me thirty percent of to purchase more jewelry to fade in my opinion this was unacceptable resolution. My suggestion would be to buy elsewhere if you want any quality or if you want someone to stand behind their product

I made this review for one reason: I didn’t have this information before I bought this chain.
This piece is visually impressive — heavy, well-designed, and eye-catching. No complaints about appearance or shipping.
The issue is accuracy in how it’s described.
The product is marketed as moissanite and S925 silver. However, I confirmed through direct communication that:
* It does not have a 925 stamp
* The base metal is copper
* The moissanite quality varies
After receiving the item, I tested the stones myself and they did not pass a diamond/moissanite tester. I also requested a GRA certificate, but since the stones did not test correctly, the certificate does not hold practical value.
This is not about attacking the company. It’s about setting expectations.
If this item were clearly labeled as CZ with a plated base, the experience would have been completely different. The product would still be appreciated for what it is.
There are other brands that are transparent about their materials and still maintain strong customer support.
My goal is simply to provide the information I wish I had — so the next person can make an informed decision instead of buying blindly.
