No where does this site let you know the product is coming from CHINA! I would have NEVER ordered if they had. I purchased these for after foot surgery transition to shoes. My foot will be healed by the time they arrive. It's been nearly a week and the tracking shows 11 different stops IN CHINA. They are STILL IN CHINA. If they don't fit, I just know this will end bad. BEWARE.
Do not buy unless you are absolutely sure you are willing to eat the cost if they don't work out. These are specifically for the walk hero sole inserts for plantar fasciitis. It made it worse. The heel is so hard that I couldn't walk after an hour. There was no cushion or sense of heel cup even though it looks like it. I believe it's the material being used that is just like walking on cement. They do not pay for return shipping nor can you use your own carrier to save on cost. Get it on Amazon so you are protected with free returns. Don't buy direct from Walkhero
These shoes are so comfortable. They are the only ones I wear all day around the house. They are made well and I highly recommend them. Just wish they had more colors to choose from!
Good company, although my color of shoe was out of stock right after I ordered. They were willing to ship another color, but I wanted compensation for my inconvenience, and $5 was not gonna cut it. After all of that, my color finally became available and is being shipped.

The shoe size guide that you guys provide is inaccurate.I went off in your shoe size and bought the shoe size that your guide told me to.And they were too small , I wore them for a day to see if I could wear them , and there was some scuffs on the bottom , and they would not take them back. So I purchased a new pair in my normal size that I wear every day and a fit perfect so now I have two pairs of shoes and one that I cannot wear.
First time in a while - pain-free feet from bursa, typhus gout nodules, and peripheral neuropathy. The first toe box that works with my feet. I enjoy the heel box on the men's pair and wish it were not a slip-in due to the support. They do not slip or slide on our wood floors. Highly recommend the Men's Supportive Pain Relief Slip-Ons under the Geckoman label.
I have been a registered nurse for 28 years, and I am always looking for decent shoes to wear to work and to wear at home mostly when I relax and when I take my 2 dogs for walks everyday. WalkHero shoes are the best. I have bunions on both feet and their shoes are so comfortable to wear, and the price won’t break the pocketbook. They are made well. Will last you for years. SCAM BEWARE? Never shipped my item. No tracking update ! The chat feature for help is just a bot it keep repeating itself asking for order number and email BEWARE SCAM...No help; no item. Very frustrated to be taking advantage of by this company. No refunded money no item! No tracking info ! This company is the worst!
The shoes we got aren’t tight enough to hold my husband’s feet as he walks out of them. I like mine well enough.
Don’t buy these shoes if you are unsure of size and fit. They will not accept returns for ill fitting shoes. They said my shoes had been worn/were dirty and refused the return. I had them for exactly one day, the tag was still on them and I had walked in these shoes house to test the fit. Seems they wanted an excuse to say no to return.

I needed to find shoes for my recently diagnosed neuropathy I wanted something wide toe light and give good support I bought tennis shoes that fit the bill perfectly they're really comfortable and give a cushioned walk they're of good quality and not heavy or super durable like hiking or work shoes but for people with foot issues like me they're perfect I already have several heavy durable shoes I can't wear anymore
Walked the arch support flat in 6 months. No customer service or contact info. Disappointing from the word 'go'
There is exactly nothing on this website to suggest shoes ordered here will be shipping from China. Imagine my surprise when slippers I ordered of April 18th are not due in until May 6th or so. If I had known I would have purchased locally (which I thought I was doing). It's not really fair to cloud that part of the truth. I didn't want to wait three weeks while my slippers come in on 'that slow boat from China'
After two weeks of not receiving my order, I finally contacted them. They got back to me right away and got right on it. I am disappointed that the order is taking so long but the customer service was great.
