Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company, expressing high satisfaction across various aspects of their purchase. Customers frequently praise the stunning designs, vibrant colors, and exceptional high-resolution picture quality of the custom wallpaper murals. People also consistently highlight the exceptionally fast shipping times and the smooth, seamless ordering process from beginning to end. However, some customers also noted that the paper material felt quite thin and fragile during the hanging and installation process. Consumers reported occasional difficulties with wrinkles, scuffs, or surface imperfections showing through the thin wallpaper once applied to the wall.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. They sent several photos of what the mural would look like in my living room, and adjusted it several times to be sure it was perfect. Shipping was fast and free, and it was easy to put up and looks great!
The wallpaper is beautiful and good quality. I wish there was a specific sign saying that glue came in package after we purchase glue from the store and applied to wallpaper, and found the glue package when we were done with the project. There are instructions for mixing the glue, but I thought it was for powder glue purchased at the store.
deliver is on time. Nice designs. Great quality and price is reasonable.
Omg! Wallmur wallpaper transform my office space. It’s such a statement when anyone enters my home. I will highly recommend this website to everyone..
Great experience. Product came quickly and they were even able to customize my little puppy into the wallpaper. Very special. Great quality too
Great product, easy to order. Great customer service and prompt communication & shipping.
I ordered a custom mural wallpaper and the experience was great beginning to end! They were very responsive and answered all my questions before I placed my order. I placed my order and it was delivered extremely fast within like 5 days. The quality is great! The picture didn't get distorted, blurry or pixelated when they expanded it to fit the wall and the colors are perfect! I had no issues with the peel and stick or quality of the material.
Absolutely gorgeous murals and amazing customer service! I made a mistake with the dimensions, but Wallmur somehow knew and corrected them and double-checked everything. The final size is perfect. I placed the mural behind my cabinet’s glass window, and it now looks custom-made. They were responsive, patient, and professional. Five stars!
My experience turned out to be wonderful because although the wallpaper was not a fit for me, they had a promptly response to my issue, fixed my problem and allowed my return. This is the most important thing ever! Buying things online is hard because we don't see things in person. So customer service is SO important! Hasan, the customer service manager was just great. I am very thankful and because of this would definatley buy from Wallmur again. Thank you again, Hasan!
The communication, understanding, quality and quick turnaround
Fast shipping great product came out amazing
I worked with Wallmural to create a custom wallpaper for our living room, and the result was stunning. The design team really listened to what we were going for and translated it into something we imagined — the colors and pattern work perfectly with the rest of the room. The print quality is excellent up close, with sharp detail and rich color that doesn't look flat or washed out. The whole process was smooth from start to finish: easy communication, clear proofs before printing, and the finished panels arrived well-packaged and true to the preview. Installation was straightforward. Highly recommend Wallmural if you're looking for a custom wallpaper that actually feels custom — not just a stock pattern with a different name on it. We'll definitely be back for other rooms.
