Great customer service
Great customer service. Love the expertise on their products. Answered my questions immediately. Great company to deal with. Would order from them again and will recommend them to my family and friends
Samples are great, customization not so much
I ordered two samples. They both arrived in a timely fashion and were a nice size. The problem I am having is using the customization the website indicates they have. The first issue is figuring out where to find the area where custom action is handled….fyi customer service buried on the last page. Once you are sent a customization photo, tweaking it doesn’t seem to be a possibility, they go silent at that point. At least that has been my experience thus far. It appears to be a beautiful product and if I can change colors and placement of images I would love to order.
Absolutely beautiful and so easy to hang!
Custom to our playroom wall. We love this wallpaper additional to our kids playroom!
Superb Quality and Lighting Speed Shipping
The quality and choices online is amazing but seeing and feeling the sample I received is fantastic! Shipping was super fast. I’m so excited to remodel my bedroom and can’t wait to place my order. Thank you!

Pay for picture not actually a real…
Pay for picture not actually a real sample of the wallet seems like a ripoff

Hi, We send our samples in a special package and they are 15" physical samples, not just a picture. Thousands of customers have received them and they have been very satisfied with the quality. We are not sure what exactly the issue is in your case, or whether there may have been a misunderstanding. It is unfortunate to see a review like this if there has not been an actual problem. Please feel free to contact us so we can clarify the situation and help if needed. Kind Regards.
Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. Communication from the company, shipping, and the product. I would HIGHLY recommend.
The designers noticed my dimensions…
The designers noticed my dimensions looked off and contacted me before printing so we could fix it! And then the product showed up and my contractor said the materials was the best he’d seen from a quality and ease of installing perspective. Love this vendor!

Great quality
Great quality. Perfect fit.
BEAUTIFUL!
First, I will say the mural is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! So for that I give 5 stars! However, I only gave 4 stars for a few reasons that I just want to make people aware of. I did the peel and stick. With this, and having used other brands, it is on Avery paper. So it is very thin like you would print labels. So you must be VERY careful when hanging. It could rip easily if you are rough with it. Also, make sure to add at least 10" to your measurements. I sent my measurements in as true wall dimensions (did not read the FAQs that I needed to add extra myself - other companies add the extra for you - so my fault) and while I had about 6" in overage vertically, I had NO overage horizontally. It literally fit my wall exactly edge to edge. That made me freak out as I was putting up the last piece. Thankfully my walls are very even but if there was any variation on the wall from top to bottom, it would not have fit and I would have had some wall showing. I was very lucky. Just some tips to help. I would definitely buy from here again as the mural is absolutely stunning!
