This is a bit different because in the end I went in another direction, but I would like to point out that even though things didn't work out the customer service these folks give you goes above and beyond the call of duty. I would definitely give these guys six stars if I could and definitely would consider their service if the need should arise once more.

Well received has been a great service that helped my practice thrive. Their agents are amazing and just today Joash Marcus helped me above and beyond and resolved an issue with ease and kindness. We used a mediocre answering service for far too long. Seeing how Well Received handles calls I only wish we would have made the change sooner. Excellent company... all English Speakers... if you have a receptionist to answer the phones fire her and let her get another job doing something else... Well Received is awesome... they not only answer your phones but they can book an appointment for you thru their other company.. set more appointment... highly recommended... love these guys...

Client account manager, Cerone, was extremely patient and very kind. I’m not very technological and it took 20 minutes for me to stumble through onboarding but Cerone could not have been more helpful; she talked me through various problems I had and we were able to finish the onboarding within the time frame. Somewhat psychic! These folks know more about how to answer my phones than I do. They have a great system in place and you can easily make changes to how they answer the phones instantly. They are very responsive to feedback and work diligently to find solutions that save me time and money. Great customer support!!

Gary, from billing team reached out to me via text with days before the end of my billing period to inform me that I could save money by downgrading my plan for the month because I was using fewer minutes.
