Making arrangements was very easy- from choosing which chapter of Make-A-Wish I want my auto donation to go to, to scheduling the pick up of the vehicle. My only concern is that it has been a couple months and I still haven’t received my receipt for amount of vehicle donated.

The people on the phone were very courteous, and the car was picked up when it was supposed to be. The driver of the truck was very nice and respectful. I received the note about it being auctioned off fairly soon after that.

Tow truck never showed up on the scheduled appointment. I called a day later and was told someone would get back to me. Nobody called me back, vehicle got picked up with no rescheduled time.

After reviewing our records, we see that your original appointment on 7/18 was missed by Copart without any notice, which understandably caused inconvenience. Our team escalated the issue that same day and worked to get the vehicle reassigned and picked up, but we regret that you were not kept informed along the way. We also noted there was a title issue that caused additional delays, and while our staff communicated by phone, text, and mail to resolve this, we should have provided clearer updates about the pickup status once those documents were received. Your donation is very meaningful and we want to make sure your experience reflects the impact you are making. Thank you for your patience and generosity, and again, our sincere apologies for the communication breakdown.
