They’ve sent some whiskeys I wouldn’t have tried before and liked and some I didn’t. Which is fair. The price they say something would cost is overstated by 10 - 15%. Overall it’s what’s expected. You get decent to good whiskey delivered to your house with no tip.
I feel they could do a better job of honing in your palette. They give you a card with a QR code to get details or order another bottle, but nothing asking your opinion and feedback. Which I feel in today’s day and age is just bad business. It would take nothing to create that system of a feedback loop and feedback from your customers to really hone in what people like. Because people will pay 25% or more above cost if they feel it’s almost certainly going to be a hit.

I buy fairly regularly from them. They have decent prices for the oddball items you have trouble chasing down at your local booze purveyor, the lottery system doesn’t really work for me. I the frequently have discounts on some really super bottles. I enjoy just looking at their offerings, and not infrequently availing myself of some of their sales. Informative staff, quick deliveries well packed, tremendous stock.
