There was a error with my charges on a order I placed on June 23 rd I called customer service and was told I would be refunded 8.00 back to my credit card well it’s now Augest 6 th still have not been refunded

I love White Mountain puzzles. They are the most colorful and I love the larger pieces. I recently purchased a puzzles that had a missing piece and they replaced it with another puzzle with no hassle. Fast and friendly customer service!

I had a missing piece in my puzzle and notified White Mountain. After providing the required information they requested, I was sent a new (my choice) puzzle and free shipping too. I have since ordered three puzzles from White Mountain and very pleased with the quality of the puzzle pieces. They are now my choice for ordering puzzles.

Quality of product, this was the best picture clarity, color, quality of puzzle material (which is used by me and my many friends time and time again over the years. Price plays a good role too. I had a problem with a puzzle missing 3 pieces and had 4 duplicate pieces once completed and the Company offered me a replacement puzzle of my choosing. I sent them all the documentation needed and the email came that my new puzzle would be shipped. Excellent customer service. Love the White Mountain Puzzle product.
