There puzzles are great
There puzzles are great. They come quickly after you place an order and are carefully packed. The only down fall is if you get the buy 3 get one free special you then have to pay for shipping or order another puzzle. It kind of defeats the purpose of the discount.

Very unsatisfied with recent puzzle purchases.
We just tried to complete one of the puzzles. It’s missing 8 pieces yet it has 15 including 6 corners. This happened to me last year where we ordered a puzzle and we were missing several pieces, but had duplicate pieces. In that order, there was another puzzle that had multiple pieces missing. I was asked to build the puzzles and send pictures in which I felt was a waste of time. I have pictures of the puzzle we just completed today. This is the 3rd puzzle.
