I purchased two puzzles on Friday. I then purchased another puzzles on Saturday. On Wednesday I received an email advertising buy three puzzles receive one free. Had I known this I would have purchased three puzzles in one day. I contacted W.M.P. and they would not honor my request for a free puzzle. W.M.P. should have advertised this offer on their website. I do have to say they have great puzzles.

White Mountain sent our puzzles quickly! We love the creativity in the pictures—-challenging and fun puzzles! The pieces are a bit larger than the older versions and fit together beautifully

I love your puzzles and appreciate the various money-saving sales and programs you offer. I have an annual subscription. I frequently buy when you have clearance sales and Buy 3 Get 1 Free offers. I also enjoy your rewards program where I can get free puzzles and even ones that are only available to program members. My only suggestion is that you might from time to time bring back puzzles from the past. I buy ones you no longer sell on eBay but they are often quite expensive and not always in the best condition.

First puzzle that we opened contained a sealed bag and one loose piece ( not in sealed bag). When completed , puzzle was missing one piece and the additional loose piece was a duplicate of another piece. Sent pictures and note to White Mountain and no response yet. Other 3 puzzles remain unopened.

I have purchased several puzzles from White Mountain in recent months and am not sure to which delivery this applies. While the deliveries seem to happen in a reasonable period of time, I'm not crazy about the use of FedEx - they are very unresponsive to my my attempt to provide deliver instructions.
