Easy ordering and delivered quickly. Got in on a special and got a free puzzle. The pieces are a little bit bigger than most puzzles and are easier for my 91 year old mother to work. We have purchased these puzzles for years.

You have so much to choose from! I do these puzzles and share them with my best friend, too. The main thing, though, is to remember to order them by talking to someone over the phone, not online. I can ask what puzzles you still have available, etc., much more easily. My friend asked if you still had a couple of puzzles you still had a name for & one of them wasn't even mentioned and two others said they werebeing held temporarily until they became available. I called and the poor woman I spoke with told me which ones I could still order (almost all of them) and when I should expect them to arrive. They all did. And, thanks for sending me your catalogs!

I have always had good experiences with ordering puzzles. Delivery has been timely, and ordering has been easy. I would like to see that the 1000-piece puzzles would have 500 available to order.

Lovely puzzles and great shipping response time. One complaint however one of the puzzles was missing a piece which is frustrating to say the least at $20 I expect them to be complete

Love the large selection of great puzzles. I always order the 1000 piece ones. Only on 2 or 3 occasions over the years have found one piece missing. but that is okay with me.

I originally had a puzzle missing a piece. To compensate, I was offered another puzzle of similar size free of charge. Finished that puzzle a week ago and enjoyed every moment working on it. The company’s response time to my issue was mere minutes. All in all, my experience was very positive.
