I am very pleased with the high quality of the puzzles from White Mountain. A year subscription was given me by my adult kids for my birthday. Puzzle pieces are made with the best of materials and fit very well together. Choices for puzzles are plentiful and they arrive on time with care. I love this birthday gift! I am a well satisfied customer!
We are so happy to hear how much you're enjoying your birthday gift! It's wonderful to know that the quality of our puzzle pieces and the variety of choices are meeting your expectations. Happy puzzling, Edna Mary!
Frustrating I ordered the puzzles via phone. On 2 or 3 occasions I was told some of the puzzles were in stock and then 2-3 weeks later we were told it was out of stock and had to pick something else.
We understand your frustration and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this brought you. High demand caused a sudden shortage of certain puzzles. We appreciate your flexibility in choosing alternative titles and are grateful for your patronage!
My husband and youngest son started a Sunday 1000-piece puzzle tradition during the pandemic, which is when we discovered White Mountain Puzzles. The puzzles are a joy to work with - larger pieces, an included puzzle poster making it easier for multiple assemblers to work together and colorful detailed scenes to assemble. We have occasionally tried other companies’ puzzles, but they never match White Mountain’s quality. We are customers for life!
We are so happy to hear that our puzzles have become a cherished tradition for your family, Kathleen! It's wonderful to know that the larger pieces, included poster, and detailed scenes enhance your puzzle-solving experience. We truly appreciate your loyalty and kind words about our quality.
