The employees are the greatest-helpful, knowledgeable, no problem. The website is really difficult when it comes to ordering. Several times I just gave up and didn't order because of the difficulty of finishing the job!

Ive never had a problem with WM and have enjoyed years of great puzzles with this company. When I received a puzzle that was missing two pieces a simple phone call, talking to a real person, gave me the answers I needed right away.

I was so happy to be selected for the free puzzle. The staff member sent me a code right away, I ordered the puzzle the same day, received the puzzle within a few days, and finished it a few days later. I passed the puzzle on to my neighbor who loves puzzles, especially White Mountain Puzzles.

Contacted White Mountain regarding a puzzle recently purchased that had several missing pieces. Customer service was extremely responsive and helpful and assisted me in getting a replacement puzzle of my choice. Being able to speak with a live person was not only refreshing in today’s environment, but extremely telling about the company’s desire to service their customers in a meaningful way.

I thoroughly enjoy the collage puzzles
I thoroughly enjoy the collage puzzles, especially those that highlight events and people from particular decades. In a couple of cases a couple of of pieces missing but both White Mountain and Amazon have been good about replacing them. Also the pieces are large enough for my clumsy hands. They are well made and well worth the cost.
