I wasted 99$ on their API connection - and I've gotten no support

I spent 99$ on their API connection, and it wouldn't allow me to subscribe to it. I tried everything. It is clearly not a bug. It feels gate kept. So I reach out, I reach out, I reach out, and I here nothing back. With absolutely 0 solution, way to use the product, or answer from someone on their team. I couldn't want the API less at this point. I want my money back so I can put it somewhere where it will work with me. Not against me. I am still waiting for support. Hopefully someone see's this!

Wholesale2B

Wholesale2B, especially Ani, will ask you to leave a positive review on Trustpilot before offering a lower price for increasing the number of products you can list. In my experience, the positive review was requested first. I also paid to have a website built, and the result looked extremely unprofessional. When I raised concerns about the quality of the website and the poor customer service, it took over a week to receive a response. After I questioned these issues, my account was suddenly turned off without any explanation. I sent multiple emails asking what happened, but I never received a response. If you're expecting true wholesale pricing, I would recommend comparing prices first. In my experience, many of the same products could be found through Google or on eBay at similar or lower prices, making it feel more like buying from retailers than wholesalers. Based on my experience, the customer service was very poor, especially from Ani. Be aware before doing business with this company. I would not recommend Wholesale2B to anyone looking for a reliable wholesale partner.

Hi Steve, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I spent quite a bit of time trying to locate your account based on the information available in your review, but unfortunately I couldn't find a matching account or any conversation related to it. I'd also like to address one claim directly. Wholesale2B does not offer discounts, lower prices, or increased product limits in exchange for positive Trustpilot reviews. We simply do not have such a policy. If this happened, I would genuinely like to investigate it, but at this time I have not been able to find any evidence or account that matches your description. Regarding your website, response times, and account access, I would be more than happy to review everything if you could help us identify your account. If we made a mistake, we'll acknowledge it and do everything we can to make it right. As for product pricing, Wholesale2B is a dropshipping platform, not a traditional wholesale warehouse. We work with hundreds of suppliers, and pricing varies by supplier, brand, and marketplace. We always encourage members to compare products and choose suppliers that fit their business model. If you're willing, please reach out to us with your account email or ticket number so I can personally review what happened from start to finish. I'd much rather investigate the facts than leave your concerns unresolved. Thanks and regards, Aniruddha Pathak, Design Director - Wholesale2B

Wholesale2B is an excellent platform…

Wholesale2B is an excellent platform for running a drop shipping business on eCommerce marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, and Shopify. Their customer service is outstanding, and their ticket support system is well-designed to efficiently handle drop shipping-related issues. The suppliers on the platform are reliable, making order fulfillment smoother and more dependable. Overall, my experience with Wholesale2B has been very positive. Thanks, INNAKA TRADE

Not sure how they got 4.5 point…

Not sure how they got 4.5 point reviews. Don't even bother to go there. You can't make money because their products are more expensive than on eBay. All their products are old and are not competitive with the current trends. On like AutoDS and CJ dropshipping which gives you opportunities to test out their platform because they are pretty confident in what they sell, you can't speak the same for Wholesale2b. They make money off of first timers no refunds type of bullshit. All their suppliers are also dropshippers, so there is no way for you to compete. The only thing I enjoy is their customer support. Nothing else! I wasted my one month subscription. Also they want me to give them positive reviews on day one. Don't believe the positive reviews others are given. They probably bought those reviews. Their customer support are OK, but will find it extremely difficult to find products to sell because they are expensive, shipping cost is high, and they also charge you fees.

Hi Peter, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand that pricing and product competitiveness can feel challenging, especially in the early stages, so we would like to clarify a few important points. Wholesale2B sources products directly from wholesale suppliers, and our pricing is structured to remain highly competitive within the dropshipping space. We do not inflate product costs, and we do not earn more when you sell at a higher price. The prices you see are based on supplier costs along with shipping and handling. The selling price shown is only a suggested price based on an average markup. You are always in full control and can adjust your pricing, margins, and strategy at any time to stay competitive in your chosen marketplace. We also continuously update our product catalog and provide filters for bestselling and high demand items. That said, success depends on product selection, niche, and pricing strategy, and this applies across all platforms. Regarding refunds, once a plan is activated, users receive full access to the supplier network and platform features. As the service is made available immediately, refunds are limited once it has been used, as outlined in our Terms of Service. I also want to clear up that we don't buy or control reviews, and we don’t require anyone to leave positive feedback. We appreciate you mentioning our customer support. If you had reached out during your setup, we would have been happy to assist with product selection, pricing adjustments, or identifying better opportunities based on your goals. Thank you again for your feedback. We wish you the very best in your selling journey. Thanks and regards, Aniruddha Pathak Design Director - Wholesale2B

Funds on hold

The biggest problem with this app is that, to pay suppliers, you first have to deposit money into your Wholesale2B account. If you don’t make any sales or your sales are low, the money ends up stuck or tied up in your Wholesale2B account, and it’s almost impossible to withdraw it. You should be able to pay the supplier with a debit card. It’s crazy to have to keep transferring money into the W2B account.

Hi Elvira, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand your concern regarding the payment process, so we would like to clarify how this works. Wholesale2B does not require you to deposit funds into a wallet in order to place orders. We offer direct credit card payment for order processing, so you can pay for each order as it comes in without needing to maintain a balance in your account. There may have been some confusion regarding how the payment flow works, and we would be happy to walk you through it step by step to ensure everything is set up correctly on your end. If you have experienced any difficulty with withdrawals or payments, we strongly recommend reaching out to our support team so we can review your account and assist you directly. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the platform and clarify any misunderstandings. Thanks and regards, Aniruddha Pathak Design Director - Wholesale2B

Great Platform for Scaling My Online Shop

I’ve been using this dropshipping platform for a few months now, and it’s made running my online store in the UK so much easier. The access to such a large range of products is brilliant, and syncing everything to my marketplace was straightforward. Order processing and tracking updates are mostly automated, which saves me loads of time. It’s ideal if you’re looking to streamline your e-commerce business without too much hassle.

Hi Usman, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand pricing can feel confusing at first, so we want to clarify a few important points. Wholesale2B does not take a percentage of your sale or earn more when your product sells at a higher price. We do not charge commission on orders. The amount you are referring to is the product cost plus supplier shipping and handling, not a platform profit. The selling price you see is only a suggested price based on an average markup. You are always in full control and can edit your prices, margins, and markups at any time before listing or even after listing the product. Marketplace fees such as eBay fees are charged by eBay directly and are not controlled or collected by Wholesale2B. Subscription fees cover access to the product catalog, automation tools, order processing, and integrations, not per order commissions. Many sellers adjust their pricing strategy based on their target margins, niche, and marketplace fees, and do well once pricing is optimized. If you would like help reviewing your pricing or setting margins that work better for you, our support team is happy to help. Please reach out to us directly so we can assist instead of guessing where the charges are coming from. We appreciate your feedback and wish you success in your selling journey. Thanks and regards, Aniruddha Pathak Design Director - Wholesale2B
