I got suspended for what appears to be no valid reason. I contacted support immediately, provided the requested information, and waited for days without any response or explanation. poor service today is the 6th day The most frustrating part is not even the suspension itself—it’s the complete lack of communication. Customers deserve to know why their accounts are suspended and to receive timely updates, not be left waiting in the dark. Very disappointing experience with the support team and overall customer service. I hope they improve the way they treat their users and handle account reviews.
Easy to use. Accessible to everyone and a great system for creators to earn more than what just clipping videos originally pays. It’s a dream builder and I recommend you start bundling yours. (:
I found myself somehow subscribed to this outlet, and I have no idea how, nor do I know what this company does. I cannot request a refund, because I don’t have a business URL. I am a retired teacher. I just want to unsubscribe, and I cannot.
The entire team is super helpful and I have grown over 3 businesses on it with processing, can't recommend them enough.
I would like to thank the Whop support team for their professionalism and assistance throughout my refund case. The team was responsive, respectful, and took the time to review my situation carefully. They kept communication clear and handled my case in a fair manner. I especially appreciate that my refund request was accepted and that the support staff were willing to investigate the issue and provide updates when needed. Their dedication to helping customers and resolving concerns shows a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you to the entire support team for your efforts and support.
I would not recommend anyone use this platform. Based on my experience, you will likely be disappointed, frustrated, and dissatisfied with the level of service and support provided. There are many payment processing platforms available, and after what we have gone through with Whop, I strongly believe business owners should think twice before trusting this company with their money. My experience with Whop has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We have been dealing with issues regarding our account and funds for months. After already waiting approximately six months, we were informed that we would have to wait an additional 90 days before gaining access to our money. From our perspective, this is completely unreasonable and has created significant financial stress for our business. What has made the situation even worse is the lack of helpful communication from customer support. We interacted with representatives named Tyler, Adam, and Luis, and throughout the process we felt ignored, dismissed, and left without meaningful solutions. Instead of receiving clear answers and timely assistance, we were repeatedly given responses that did not address our concerns. At one point, we explicitly requested that our account be closed. Despite making that request clear, the issue was not resolved, and we were left feeling trapped in a situation we no longer wanted to be part of. The most frustrating part is that our concerns and instructions were not taken seriously. We believe that better communication and proper attention to our requests could have prevented significant losses and complications. As a business owner, it is incredibly difficult to trust a platform when you feel like your concerns are being ignored while your funds remain inaccessible. Customer service should be focused on helping customers solve problems. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite. The support we received felt slow, unhelpful, and lacking in accountability. After months of waiting, countless conversations, and no satisfactory resolution, we have lost confidence in Whop’s ability to properly support its customers. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this platform. If you are considering using Whop to process payments or manage your business, be aware that if an issue arises, you may face long delays, poor communication, and significant difficulty getting your concerns addressed. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve had with any payment platform.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used Whop for my business and processed over 100–200 orders without issues. Then they suddenly suspended my account and froze more than $5,000 of my funds, claiming my page was related to IPTV streaming. This was completely false I never sold IPTV, streaming services, or anything remotely related. When I contacted support, they told me I could no longer use the platform, but that my funds would be available for withdrawal after the holding period. Fine, I accepted that and moved my business elsewhere. After waiting the required time and coming back to withdraw my money, they changed their story and told me I could not withdraw anything. They said it was a final decision and refused to provide any real explanation. So they froze my funds, promised I would get them back after the holding period, and then refused to release them. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone accepting payments online to stay away from this platform and use a more reliable alternative. I simply cannot trust a company that makes promises about releasing funds and then refuses to honor them.
There is a distinction between the Content Providers on here and how the banks perceive WHOP. I have tried to pay for a course on here for 3 days so far and had my bank on the phone whilst trying to make a transaction - The last call today lasted 45 minutes, as the bank traced the transaction, with me on the phone; with both a MasterCard and a Visa card. The transaction gets blocked, whilst my authentication passes, even with my mobile banking App with Biometric security. The most common message is: "Your bank could not verify your identity through 3D Secure. This typically happens when incorrect verification details (password, SMS code, or biometric) are entered. Please ensure you're entering the correct information your bank sent you."
Larry Jones, an outstanding human being, teacher, mentor etc., we are blessed to have access to him. Thank you, Stephen Southerlin
They processed a purchase order for an Ai online platform which had offerd 100% money back gurantee if not satisfied for ANY REASON with two conditions which I met. when asked for membership cancellation thru WHOP the seller did not honor the refund promise and WHOP offerd their own 120 day refund but somehow they totally ignored all the refund conditions set by the seller and were not impartial AT ALL so rejected a refund as well. even though I provided them with independent online site that showed and verified the seller was fraudulant and running a Scam site/business. WHOP knowingly ignored this fact which is an indication of coercion. WHOP must be affliated with the seller in a Scam and fradulant activities.
I strongly warn anyone considering using this platform. I made a simple test deposit to my account to understand how the system works. What I discovered afterwards is extremely concerning: even self-funded deposits are automatically placed under a 90-day reserve with no immediate access. This was never clearly communicated upfront, and it effectively locks users’ own money for months without practical control. In my case, the funds were not used at all, and I attempted to request a refund immediately. However, the refund process is unclear and poorly implemented. I was instructed to use a billing section option, but there was no actual visible way to proceed. Support responses were generic and did not resolve the issue, only repeating policy explanations. From a user perspective, this creates a serious lack of transparency and poor financial accessibility. Having your own deposited funds restricted for such a long period, especially without a clear and functional refund process, is unacceptable. I would advise extreme caution before depositing any money here.
YOUPICS are SCAMMERS. Don’t give them a chance to steal your money !! Tried to exit FREE TRIAL and was still charged $240. Customer Service is ZERO.
I see companies everyday doing 100k a month if your a small business trying to grow id stay away from whop they like to pick at your business with 0 disputes it's just terrible while you can request a review after that no more reviews whop is terrible and would not reccommend to run or do business here.
I submitted a detailed appeal for a refund on a high dollar amount purchase with a complete documentation package — signed contract, training materials, bank records, demand letter, email exchanges, and a thorough exhibit-by-exhibit breakdown of the breach — at midnight. I woke up to find Whop had already sided with the merchant. There is no way that documentation was meaningfully reviewed. The original dispute was filed against a merchant who never responded within the due date, whop sided with them with no reasoning provided beyond "we've sided with Vector Algorithmics." The appeal fared no better. Whop's Resolution Center is not a consumer protection mechanism. It is a formality. If a merchant takes your money and breaches their own contract, Whop will side with them twice — once after a requisite amount of time has passed, and once overnight. I am now pursuing regulatory and legal remedies entirely outside of Whop's process.
the mods and supports are just awseome you guys are G in the gane
My refund was approved but I haven't received it.
