I tried testing the waters with whop using my own card I added $200. I was going to add $100 but I had no Idea that the first one went through because did not say anything on the screen until it showed in balanced. I panicked and quickly reached out to support and they told me that the funds will be available on the 4th. The 4th came and they only held on to the funds saying the cant verify the source so I said refund back to my card in peace i don't want this trouble. but the did not and will not payout either. Whop is systematically scamming small business owners.

I faced issues with my account out of the blue and got connected to the support and they resolved my issue in like 10 MINUTES , with how big whop is , i didnt expect this, Thank you so much
Be careful of reviews on their site
not surprised to see that this company has violations. I have bought 2 courses from their site and both were junk and had good reviews. I figured out why the reviews were good because after you cancel you can't leave a review. so obviously that limits the bad reviews.

Whop Protects Scammers
I signed up to 1 course, which was nothing as described. I asked for a refund, clearly showing what was promised and that it could not be found in the course. Whop denied the refund after a supposed investigation. I contacted the support to tell me where to find the contents I was promised, and they said I need to contact the creator, they can not access the content from the creators. So what did you investigate then? This platform is protecting scammers so I can't recommend it.

They provide shitty payment processing services. I was charged 35 bucks in fees, then when I requested the withdrawal, they said verify the info (they ask for verification a lot of times), and then they kept the funds in reserve. Avoid these shitty scammers at all costs, PLEASE!

Terrible experience with Whop and their creator 'Trust My System'. On May 22, I was charged $187, and I canceled the product within literally ONE SECOND. I didn't use the service at all. Whop's Resolution Center closed the case unfairly and refused to help. Whop is protecting bad creators who steal money. I am now forced to file a legal chargeback through my bank. Avoid Whop!"

Company gone downhill badly I am trapped until I can move away! Avoid at all costs and find a better company, they ruined their app constantly updating it and making it worse and a lot of their functions just do not work properly.
No Refunds, No Customer Service
Unused product, purchased through Whop and escalated through their process for a refund request. After reviewing the extent of information in the set-up guide that would be required (banking details, addresses, etc) to use the product, I put a full stop to even touching the application. The case was escalated, and a refund requested. Of course they refused. I strongly suggest finding other merchants/apps that are more reputable and transparent with their business practices.
