Excellent packaging, super healthy plants
My kiwi plants arrived quickly and in excellent condition. They were well-hydrated and packaged carefully so that they were protected from the rigors of shipping. I put them in the ground right away, and they are doing great!

Plants were not in best condition when we got, a lot of dead in bush. Waiting to see if plant survives or not

We would prefer that customers contact us immediately if they receive a plant in poor condition rather than try to "save" the plant. We have no way of knowing what the plants look like upon receipt if we are not notified immediately. Please contact us at the end of June if the plant has failed to come out and we will be happy to go through the warranty process with you.

I ordered a golden african banana plant…
I ordered a golden african banana plant costing me over $100 with shipping & arrived almost completely dead & the roots were packed with water beads that were extremely difficult to remove & the roots looked terrible.The only good thing i can say about this banana plant is that it barely was alive.If I would have received a healthy plant or even a decent banana plant I honestly would have left a good review but I can not unfortunately & i have already accepted the banana plant so its past that point.

We checked our email account and did not see where you have contacted us regarding the banana. Please email pictures to [email protected] so we can take a look. Also, we would advise that if you receive something in poor condition from us to let us know immediately. Take pictures and email them to us right then so that we can resolve the problem and make things right.
Product not good
Not one of the plants I received thrived. They didn’t even leaf out. Will Not buy from you again.

It is a very rare occurrence for one of our customers to have a total failure. We do have a warranty on our plants that lasts until the end of the summer. Please email [email protected] for instructions on how to proceed with the warranty. We look forward to helping you with a second chance!

Shipment arrived in poor condition
Shipment arrived in poor condition, but Service was excellent and has already scheduled a shipment to be sent in the fall when things are cooler less likely to damage the start.
Willis has the worst warranty / refund…
Willis has the worst warranty / refund policy I have ever heard of....and they will not negotiate. I ordered 6 raspberry plants and only 2 lived. They now do not have replacement species and will NOT issue a refund. Am I supposed to wait months while they use my money? Seems like a Mom and Pop, underfinanced Co. that cant afford a refund once they have your money. I suggest doing business somewhere else!

We give customers (3) business days to let us know if there is a problem with the delivery. After the (3) day window has passed, it is to be understood that the plants were in good enough condition that the customer accepted the delivery & planted the products. We also do not sell trees on a trial basis and as such, if they fail after being transplanted, there is no refund. However, if the trees fail after being transplanted, you are given a credit for the value of the plants to have a second chance. You may re-order the raspberry plants in July when we begin taking pre-orders and we will ship them sometime between December and March 15th.
Not a grafted variety
They didn't disclosed that the fruit tree I ordered is a seedling, not grafted.

The loquat trees are not grafted nor are they seedlings. They are grown from rooted cuttings. We apologize for any inconvenience.

After 2 months
After 2 months, the tree has yet to show any signs of life. I am completely disappointed with your orchard. The stick arrived with ice attached to a few small roots. I had assumed there would be some leaves or at least some growing roots. I would like my money back please.
