Love your socks, but

Love your socks, but so do others in my household. They keep taking my socks. I had 3 pairs of crew and 3 pairs of ankle. I went back to order more, but you didn't offer white, only grey and black. I settled for grey, but wanted white. Not too happy about color choices.

Bought my first pair of Alpaca socks about 6 months ago. Best socks I have ever owned.

The sale brought me to buy 6 Pairs. I am disappointed that sales tax was charged as Vermont doesn’t charge sales tax on clothing. I am hoping to have they credited back.

The first order worked fine

The first order worked fine, then the special appeared after the first order was completed, which I took advantage of. Then it got a little confusing if I was ordering more of the special, denying it, or what. Ended up ordering more socks than I wanted, couldn't figure out how to cancel two of them.

All shipping should be free from 2 pairs and up

Price was fine for the product but free shipping would have been nice. My $7.50 socks went to $10 pretty quickly. I am a previous customer so I am relatively certain I will be happy with the socks.

This is either my 3rd or 4th time ordering from Willow Ace. I started by getting these socks for ME because I wanted a good pair of alpaca socks without breaking the bank. And I couldn't have been happier! Then I got tired of seeing my grandson's thin, dingy white socks and smelling his stinky feet, thus my 2ND trip to WillowAce! The price is so good, and the quality of these socks is great... Now I just don't want either of us to ever be without them!!! Very easy to order and get applicable discount. I really do love these socks, which is why I keep buying them. As hard as it is for me to believe, they actually keep my feet cool in the summer. The thickness is just perfect for my boots, which I wear year round. Great socks and a great value.
