Took months until they claimed to ship my order. It was never received. When I asked for a refund they said the order was too old to refund but that I could pick out another bottle of wine. Will never order from them again.
Couple of the corks had started coming out of the bottles. Wine still good!
I was glad to receive the product after many weeks when I had previously been told the product was discontinued.
Great rose at a very good price.
Issue with original order. Wine was on backorder and was not going to arrive in time. Called and was immediately given options for our event. Very good customer service. Will use Wine Chateau again.
I am greatly pleased by the service I received. One of my wines was unavailable so the money was credited towards a scotch whisky that I very much enjoy. The supervisor I spoke to handled the matter diligently.
I love that wine - was buying it for years. Clumsy delivery by UPS. But they got it right from the third try.
I looked all over for a particular prosecco and found it here. The price was great. It was carefully packed and arrived in perfect condition.
Easy way to ship my dad his beloved Scotch!
incredible variety of items that are hard to ger a hold of. All items arrived perfectly in some of the best packaging I've seen, only room of improvement would be better communication, and shipping notifications. Since i had to sign for the package but I was at home by chance that day and I had no idea when it shipped out or when it would arrive.
Packaged with care, arrived rapidly, the correct merch! A great experience 🥰
I was impressed that you had what was difficult to find elsewhere and at a good price. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast.
Took a while to fill my order but once it was filled I received it in a few days.
